Hello dear Lukas! It was lovely to meet you! We heard that your mommy had been waiting a long time to meet you, and she didn’t know if she was ever going to get to meet such a fabulous little one such as yourself. It was a long journey, and we are SO, SO happy that it resulted in YOU, Lukas!!! Now she get to start an entirely new journey with you as her sidekick, her main character, her world — and we can’t wait to see how the story unfolds.
We know that this is a bit of an odd world to come into, little one. You’ve been here for three months, so you might already have caught the drift: things are weird, and we promise, they’re usually not like this. Your mommy has been so, so careful trying to keep you healthy and happy and smiling. She has some extra time to spend at home nowadays, and she’s going to spend every second making sure you have the best childhood a kid could ever dream of.
I’m so happy that we got to meet you, Lukas, and I’m so happy you’re a part of our world. Things are changing, and we’re changing with them, and you’re going to continue to be the sweetest, chillest baby around. You’re going to be able to handle anything that comes your way in a snap! We don’t know what the world is going to look like a few years — or even months– from now, but your resilient little self is going to be up to face any challenge it throws at us. You’re gonna come out on top, Lukas. How could you not — you’re a miracle, baby.
