I take a deep breath when I write this because I don’t know if I should laugh or cry that your baby days are behind us. When I look at you, it’s hard to forget that sleepy little boy who came in 12 months ago- so teeny tiny & perfect. But now before me I have a (huge) gallery of images with somebody who is so much less baby and so much more little boy.
There are so many beautiful features that the Lord gave to you- your eyes, your smile, your perfect toes. But my favorite, by far, is your demeanor. You have the sweetest, most gentle personality that I have ever seen. And it’s a rare, beautiful gift. You are destined for amazing things & I love getting to be a small part of something so big.
I can’t think of a better way to celebrate you than on your actual birthday (how fun is a New Years Eve birthday going to be as you grow up?!) playing in the balloons and loving as a family!
Thank you, Keller family, for starting with the best from day 1. You are very special to me and I am so excited to see what blessings the New Year brings!
