Boy One Year Photography | Parker 12 Months | Cultural Gardens
Happy Birthday, Parker!
I loved spending time with your family at the Cultural Gardens and then heading over to the baseball diamond to do some more on-brand birthday shots for you!
It definitely took you a minute to warm up to me and I don’t blame you one bit. I would be a little skeptical of a gal with a big ole camera following me around too! I am so glad you came around eventually, though, because your smiles are second to none, buddy. Your moms got me right in the feels with the overalls with no shirt too. The overalls were adorable and showed off all those last holdovers from your baby days. The chubby little armpits and wrinkles on your elbows and ankles. It’s all the things that change so quickly in that first year, but bridge the time between baby and big boy.
I am so glad that you brought your moms and your sister to the session with you. Hadley is the kindest big sister and so much fun. You two are going to be inseparable as you grow. I can see it now. She is so great with you and it’s hard to tell who loves you more- Momma, Mommy, or Hadley. Maybe it is a three-way tie!
After you warmed up to me, you had fun in the Gardens- especially when Mommy threw you up in the air, but you were right at home on the baseball diamond. You loved having your toes in the clay and your booty on the pitchers’ mound. You even dug into your baseball cake like you’ve been waiting your whole life to taste something so awesome. That’s the energy we like to see on the field. I know why you’re rookie of the year, indeed.
I already can’t wait to see you guys again soon!
Love,
Brittany
