How are you already a half of a year old, Evelyn? Time is moving so quickly and I could not be happier that Mommy and Daddy picked me to capture these milestones in your first year! I have been with your family since Lainey’s whole life and now I get to be a part of your life too. Sure, photography is about capturing moments. It is also about relationships and watching my families grow is such a treat for me.
You are scrumptious, scrumptious, scrumptious. The hair! The rolls! The soft porcelain skin! It all makes you look like you are a baby doll that came to life. Your disposition is also the absolute sweetest. The 6-month shoot is always a bridge between the itty bitty and toddler years. It’s fun to photograph things like how your tiny fingers and wrist still have that infant chub that makes them so kissable. It’s also fun to see all of the new things you’re doing like sitting up and wanting to be moving all over. So soon, baby girl.
When I tell you that watching your face light up when you are watching Lainey is one of my favorite memories in the studio, I mean it.
You and Lainey are going to be the very best of friends. I just know it. You are already enamored with her and she is equally taken with you. Sisters make the best friends and you two already have an amazing bond after only half a year of knowing each other. I can only imagine how special your relationship will be after a lifetime of memories together.
Speaking of Lainey, thank you for bringing her and Mommy and Daddy to the studio with you. She is growing so very quickly too. It’s not as noticeable as to how much you’ve grown but she’s blossoming with every passing day.
