Bumblebees and Butterflies Dream Session | Stan Hywet Gardens
Oh Adeleine! This was a dream session that was so incredibly dreamy. I am so glad y’all were able to be so flexible and do the session 4 hours early before the storm rolled in! Nobody would have ever known that we were trying to beat the weather because you were so relaxed and lovely in the garden. The sky looked pretty ominous there for a minute, but it gave us beautiful cloud cover that let us hide from the sun a bit.
I love all my shoots but these dream sessions are particularly special because they bring together so many elements and let us spoil you. This session at the Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens was like something out of a secret English countryside. The butterflies! The blooms everywhere! Your curls! Your precious outfits! Everything was just absolute perfection. The garden was a splendid location, but you brought all the magic with your gorgeous smile and precious personality! It really could not have been a more amazing day even if the weather was trying to be uncooperative.
This is one of those shoots where I absolutely cannot pick a favorite picture and I would wallpaper my walls with them all if I could. You are such spectacular beauty and a natural in front of the camera. You gave me silly. You gave me thoughtful. You gave me smiles and giggles. You gave me so much to smile about for days to come!
It was a hot day with lots of humidity and you were such a trooper through it all! The cupcakes probably helped a bit. I know cupcakes always help me! You even looked precious eating those!
