Cleveland Museum of Art Photo Shoot | Harper 12 Months
Grayson & Harper,
What a gorgeous and fun day we had at the Cleveland Museum of Art with your family! It is so special that we got to head back there for Harper’s first birthday after we did Grayson’s pictures there when he was two! Sure, we picked a different place but there are so many beautiful spots there to choose from I knew we couldn’t go wrong! Your family absolutely glows in these pictures and we can only partially attribute that to the perfect weather. It’s mostly because you guys are just so loving and fun!
Grayson is such a caring big brother and it just melted me how he was so reassuring and how he would rest his little hand on Harper to let her know it was all ok. I know these two will always have a special relationship and be so close. They are besties from day one!
It took Harper a little time to warm up to me, but once she did- oh boy! We had so much fun! Having Harper take her shoes off definitely helped. It doesn’t hurt that the grass was luscious and green- she kinda made me want to take my shoes off and appreciate the way that feels too! Isn’t it sweet how kids remind us of the simplest pleasures?
I know this shoot was primarily for Harper’s first birthday but the pictures we got of your whole family are everything. I brought the camera and you guys brought the silly. When a family knows how to have fun and just loves each other so big, my job is easy. Your family is so full of laughter and light. The little kiddo years are hard and they go by so quickly but I think we were able to capture how easy you guys make it look.
We were still able to capture lots of shots of Harper and Grayson individually that I hope to remind you as they grow of this time when you were their whole world.
