What a long road it was to get you here. And now that you are safe in the arms of your mommy and daddy, we have all the feels. Relief, gratitude and overwhelming joy. To steal (quite literally) the words of your mommy…
‘Many years ago, a young man, tall, inmature, figuring out his life started dating me. It was high school, so what can you expect. But fast forward 10 years, the person you were then has only grown into the man I love. This past year has been rough on me. But, I know how rough it’s been for you to watch. Every 1hr long vomiting session, me on hormones, not being able to take anything for my arthritis, STELLA! the evil IV pump, and a labor that was not what you were expecting. But, through that all, I never questioned your love for me or the love you would have for this little girl. And here we are, and your loving and caring for us both. Through it all, we have been through alot. But to be in this life right now with you and emersyn, I would do it all again. Every pukey night, painful walk, hormone crazed moment, and scary minute. To you David Bohannon, an amazing husband, my best friend, and the best father to our little girl. OUR LITTLE FAMILY’
You are loved beyond measure and will spend every day of your life being adored sweet Emersyn! Now, onto planning our first trip to Disney!!!
