Down On The Farm Dream Session
Scheel Family!
This dream was a handful of a zoo and I could NOT have had more fun! There were so many kids running around — both human and animal — and so much adventure to be had.
Angelina, Bianca, Theo, and Junior were all such good farmhands and helped wrangle all of the little sweets we invited to our picnic. We didnβt expect the animals to be quite so rowdy, but the kids LOVED helping us with them!
Theo — thank you for helping us chase down the chickens, you have a gift for animals for sure. They just came right to you and even let you touch them (maybe they trusted you more because you two were about the same size!)
And A, you had just as much fun with the chickens as Theo did; you were so proud of the eggs you got and the chickens were so calm and happy around you. The picnic we had was PERFECT for a summer afternoon because the strawberries and blueberries are beautifully in season!
The splash of sweet snacks even cheered up poor grumpy Junior, but not quite as much as the pony did. His little face LIT UP when he saw it, and Iβm sure heβs going to be pestering mom and dad for a horse of his own after that.
Maybe it would be easier to let B keep some of the bunnies who sat so politely in her lap. B and her bunnies were the two softest and sweetest parts of the shoot, and I loved seeing the love in her eyes as she gently pet them.
This shoot was a lot to handle, thatβs for sure! We know that the kids are going to grow up to be kind, patient teenagers and adults — maybe with pet bunnies and horses and chickens — because of how kind and sweet they were with these farm animals. We couldnβt have asked for better helpers. We ended the session with watermelon for all, and the kids were all smiles and laughs (and so were we). I hope to see these lil farmers grow up big and strong as they head to their next adventures.
Love,
Brittany
