Extended Family Photoshoot | The Spitzer Family
Happy birthday to the COOLEST Mimi around! Your whole family came into town to celebrate with you — all 22 family members! YAY! We had a blast seeing everyone and pampering Mimi (usually, she’s the one who does the pampering!) and of course taking lots and LOTS of goofy pictures! It was the first time everyone has gotten together in 10 years!! All to celebrate you!!!
All seven grandkids loved piling onto pictures and piling some good home-cooking onto plates for the barbecue part of this get-together (you KNOW Mimi isn’t going to let y’all go home with an empty stomach!). We made the funniest bloopers with the kids being silly and photo-bombing us in the background, or living in their own kid-friendly worlds and rolling in the grass. Lucky for mom and dad, Mimi knows all the best ways to get stains out of clothes and everyone’s going to be listening to her today! The whole party was loud and colorful and sweet, and we felt so lucky to get to be a part of this family celebration.
Of course, we here at BGP couldn’t leave without sweet treats! We gave the kids cotton candy — just enough to rile them all up before going back to mom and dad! Even without the sugar, this shoot was one of the sweetest we’ve done in a while, and the Spitzer family has been a real treat to work with for the past seven years. The warmth and hospitality comes from a great Mimi and a happy family, and I hope we are invited to the next family reunion. Until then, keep laughing! And try not to get too many grass stains.
