Welcome Roman!
Oh! I am so excited that you are finally here! Your Mommy, Daddy, and big sis Soraya have been with me since you were still all snug and warm in Mommy’s tummy. The “he’s here!” call is always one of my favorites and I couldn’t wait to see you.
You are just as precious as I thought you would be! We went with a totally neutral with our backdrops and props because that’s Mom’s vibe. It is totally my vibe too so I was practically in Heaven. You were such a sweet little nugget and you gave me a few little smirks that about sent me over the moon. What a doll! You even popped open your gorgeous dark eyes for a few photos. Sleeping photos are awesome, but I always like to capture the dark richness of baby eyes as they’re starting to make sense of the world around them.
I absolutely cannot pick a favorite photo from our shoot, but you did look pretty darn cute in the little lion hat with the tiny tail. Then again, the picture of you nose to nose with Daddy where you are just completely relaxed and at ease is fantastic too. Or, wait! Maybe it would be the picture of Mommy looking at you and you can just see how proud she is of you already! I really can’t pick a favorite.
You are so loved, little man! Big sister wasn’t so sure about me, but she is smitten with you and enjoyed showing you off. She eventually didn’t mind the camera too much and we got to get some precious pictures of the two of you side by side and even some of her admiring you while you rest in Mommy’s arms.
I am excited to watch you (and sister) grow, Roman! I already can’t wait to see you again.
