Giavanna! To say you have grown is an absolute understatement. You are so so SO big!! Speaking of growing big, we just had to recreate the photo from your newborn session with your dad’s special gator boots. There was no way we could not recreate it again, showing how much you have grown this last year. Not only are you just as big as those fancy Texas boots, your hair has gotten LONG! Rocking a little pebble pony tail, while mommy added the perfect bow. Needless to say, she brought all the right outfits and we brought the cake for our celebration of turning one.
Gia, when I first met you, my heart melted instantly. You brought along mommy and daddy but this time you brought an even bigger surprise for me. Your big sister Brisket! Brisket was the gentlest of giants, mommy and daddy’s first baby. She is the best big furry sister to you!
How did I know picking this location was going to make you happy. Mommy may have spilled a little secret about your love of water to me, while your daddy showed us the trick to gaining the biggest smile and laughter out of you. DANCE BEATS! Any beat got those cute little chubby legs of yours grooving!
We played on the rocks, cuddled up to Brisket for a sister shot and I just couldn’t help myself by putting you guys in the creak. This truly may be my favorite place to shoot. Sun rays beaming through big green trees, sparkling water catching the twinkle in your pretty blue eyes. Nothing short of perfection.
Just when you thought the night was over after the creak, we had one more fun thing in store. It was time to smash your birthday cake!! Only fair to let you get the first taste but we knew Brisket was eagerly waiting her turn to celebrate with you.
