Peter!!! We have been counting down the day’s until today! Because you are finally ONE!! And you always know how to celebrate! I know I’ve seen you plenty of times this past year but today was the best day we’ve had together yet!
When your mom reached out about planning your first birthday celebration, she simply said “Surprise me. And a sunset.” I love it when families trust the BGP Dream Team to work their magic! Because that is what we do best! So what did we do? We created your very own Beach Club!! I’m pretty sure you’re the only one-year-old to have their very own branded beach club EVER! How fun is that!
Peter, you were intrigued by every single detail at your club. The pool. The beach ball. The glitter bomb drinks! You were the perfect host as you showed everyone how to have a great time at the club. In fact, you were having such a great time that we decided it was time to bring out the cake! And OMG was it the best cake smash EVER! Peter, you dove right in! Both hands into the cake and all over your face! You weren’t scared to get buttercream between those chubby fingers of yours. And I was here for it! After you finished the cake you wanted to take a dip in the pool. And you dove right in like it was nothing. All on your own. You are a man that knows what he wants!
Everything we dreamed up for this magical Dream Session came to life today. And we couldn’t be happier!
Peter, your smile is contagious and as big and beautiful as ever. You love it when Daddy tosses you into the air and also love melting into your mama’s arms for all the cuddles. You are truly the sweetest little boy and I can’t wait to see what adventures you get into next! I do know one new adventure coming up very soon… in just a few short weeks you will become a big brother. AHHHH! So until then, I will dreaming about our awesome day together at the one and only Peter’s Beach Club!
