Pretty As A Petal Dream Session
Sweet loves Olivia and Isabel! You two really made this session a dream come true! We know that your sweet parents’ plans didn’t shake out exactly how they expected this summer, but the work we did today shows that God’s plans are bigger (even bigger than a global pandemic!). You see, your mom and dad wanted to do a newborn baby shoot while they were in New York, but nobody was allowed to work to take the pictures during the COVID19 pandemic. A lot of people have had to sacrifice a lot for the health of everyone, and sweet Isabel’s newborn pictures seemed like they were going to be one of those sacrifices.
But the most magical thing happened during the shoot with Isabel & Olivia. Normally, three-month-old littles stay awake on set, their new eyes wide and trying to see everything that they can. Miss Isabel, though, fell asleep during the shoot. So we swaddled her up like we do newborns and took some stunning newborn-style pictures. We’re so, so glad that we were able to give your sweet mom and dad the pictures that they weren’t able to get in New York.
And Olivia, don’t think we’ve forgotten about you! You were the prettiest flower in the whole shoot! You were such a princess with all the costume changes, and you loved every minute of it. Your whole family is bursting with love and light and kindness, and we’re so lucky to have been able to be a part of your family’s story. We know that things might not always work out exactly the way that we plan them, but if you keep going forward with kindness and love, you’re bound to have it returned to you in big (…or little, and sleeping) ways.
We can’t wait to see where the world takes you, Olivia and Isabel. We hope we can catch some of your light as your souls continue to shine.
