What a wonderful day with your family! BGP loves the Welches.
We have been together a loooong time and had sessions all over. Staying basically in your backyard at Shaker Lakes for this session was absolutely the right call. Layla, Madeline, and Connor were right at home and felt so comfortable being their silly, sweet selves!
I never knew that shouting “SKUUUNK!” would lead to the best pictures ever, but here we are! The kiddos gave me the best giggles and giggle grins from thinking that Mom is just the funniest. By the time I left that night, I felt like I had an ab workout from laughing so hard and my cheeks hurt from smiling. We will call that the day’s workout: CHECK.
Since we’ve been spending time together for years, I feel like I’ve done every possible combination of family shots, but this time we tried something new and I adored it. At the end of the session when I had the kiddos give Mommy and Daddy lovies turned out to be my favorite ever.
As one of 5 kiddos, I know how precious that one-on-one time is for the parents and the child. It’s even precious, as evidenced by all the amazing images, even when there is a lady with a giant camera following you around. I adore these moments we captured and I hope that having these hanging on the walls reminds you kiddos that even though you’re one of three, your Mommy and Daddy value you and treasure you for who you are, just as you are.
It goes without saying that I had a wonderful time with you guys. I hope you have the best summer ever and I already can’t wait to see you again!
