Welcome Perfect, Precious Parker!
Can you already tell how loved you are? I know I can already tell how loved you are and I think you can too because you were so calm and peaceful at our shoot! Your moms let me step inside in your world and do the photoshoot at your house, which I don’t get to do very often. It was wonderful though because everyone was, well… at home and so comfortable.
Parker, you could not have been a more perfect model. I adored wrapping you and posing you and watching your chest and back rise so rhythmically because you were in such a deep sleep. The kind of sleep that comes from knowing you are safe and warm and happy. Your amazing head of black hair cannot be glossed over either. It’s so shiny and beautiful. It complements your soft supple skin so perfectly that you almost look like a sculpture.
Your big sister, Hadley, is simply smitten with you. Watching her hold you so gently and dote over you reminded me just how special the sister-brother relationship is and how it develops into the best friend you will ever know. She already wants to protect you because you are hers and I know that bond will only strengthen over time.
I have to mention how amazing your moms looked at the shoot too! I obviously adore photographing brand new itty bitty babies, but it’s not just about the baby. Photographing the new family unit during a time when you are all getting to know each other is simply magical. Your moms were practically glowing with love and pride at this amazing life they’ve created together. Of course, that includes you and your sister as the most precious additions.
