Welcome to the world, Parker! We’re so happy to finally meet you! There’s nowhere we wouldn’t go for you, including all the way over to Northwoods, Wisconsin to spoil you and your big sister Kaleia. We know that you’re too young to remember this right now, but your big sister and your mom and dad and grandma and grandpa are all going to remember the way you twisted even the strongest of us around your little baby finger. You’ve got a lot of power for a week-old baby! We can’t wait to see what you use it for.
We spent the whole trip with you and your sister in Northwoods going on walks and taking pictures and enjoying the time with you and your family. We took Kaleia on a boat to see your new cabin, which she LOVED, but not nearly as much as she loved doting on you, Parker. We can’t believe how much you’re already loved and ordered, and that love is only going to grow stronger and more fierce as you grow up. Soon you’ll be as smart and kind and pretty as your sister, and soon after that, you’ll both be adults making your own memories and telling your own stories about summers spent in the woods and the two silly friends who came up to take your pictures.
We genuinely can’t wait to see the kind of person you grow up to be, Parker. I know that you’re going to be something special- you already are. I hope that you can keep these memories to look back on and know that you’ve been loved so very much from the very start of your life, and so that you can know that you’ve been spectacular from the beginning. We hope that you give us the chance to take you on walks, boat rides, and other adventures as you grow up. Until then, we know you’re in the very best of hands.
